What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Impeccable attention to detail and task orientation.
• Experience dealing with customers and stakeholder management.
• Adventurous, creative, and open-minded attitude.
• Ideally, you’re Melbourne-based.
• You’re a true problem solver, able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

The opportunity:

As a Sope Project Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of client projects and engagements. Your responsibilities will include setting up projects across our software systems, coordinating project meetings, assisting in the development of project management documents, and managing procurement processes. Your work will ensure our operations run smoothly, and contribute to keeping every client a happy client.
