And we’re looking for a razor-sharp Project Manager who can keep the engine running across 25+ active client accounts. You’ll be the ops glue across Klaviyo managers, copywriters, and designers—ensuring every campaign lands on time, hits the mark, and drives results. This role isn’t about pushing tasks in ClickUp. It’s about owning outcomes, spotting risks before they become problems, and bringing clarity into the chaos of agency life.
What You’ll Actually DoOwn the Machine Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across 25+ eCommerce brands Be the day-to-day command center: keeping everyone aligned, clear, and moving fast Translate client goals into clear tasks for internal teams QA every asset before it hits the inbox—flawless is the baseline Lead with Clarity Be the primary point of contact for clients—organized, proactive, and calm under pressure Run weekly internal syncs to align creative, strategy, and execution Hold the team accountable with confidence and care Keep feedback loops fast and expectations tight Keep the Data Close Understand the core metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Deliverability, RPR, LTV Flag underperforming campaigns and turn insights into action Work alongside Klaviyo managers to optimize flows and campaigns Prepare clean, concise performance summaries that give leadership clarity Run the Backend Live in ClickUp—timelines, assignees, due dates, dependencies, and comms Spot bottlenecks, reroute fire drills, and make sure nothing drops Help improve ops systems (you’ll be part of making the agency faster and smarter)
You’ve managed 25+ clients at once in a fast-paced agency (ideally email or performance marketing) You’ve led cross-functional teams (copy, design, Klaviyo) without breaking a sweat You speak fluent Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability You’ve built (or maintained) ClickUp spaces with real systems, not chaos You’re an exceptional communicator—confident, clear, respectful You’re proactive AF—you don’t wait, you move
You understand e-commerce buying cycles and DTC brand behavior You’ve dabbled in performance strategy, AI tools, or light CRO You can spot typos, brand inconsistencies, or broken links at a glance
