As a Project Manager at Indice, you will be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and high quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements and deliverables, and you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong background in project management, with focus on software projects delivery. They have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals. They have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects, from initial discovery through delivery and post-launch support. Strong command of Agile methodologies, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, user story writing, and iterative planning. Hands-on experience with project management and delivery tools, ideally Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of core software engineering concepts, such as APIs, data models and databases, authentication and authorization frameworks, integration patterns, and cloud-based services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation. Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders—including clients, internal teams, and third parties—in complex or multi-vendor project environments. Strong financial and reporting acumen, including experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting. Relevant professional certifications, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other Agile/Project Management credentials, are considered an asset. INDICE offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week work-from-home.
