We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Technology Integration, to lead and elevate our technology integration efforts at LumiCare. This pivotal role encompasses project management, and advanced technical expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of LumiCare's technology integration initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, and maximizing the value we provide to our clients.

Job Duties/responsibilities:

• Manage Multiple Technology Integration Projects: Oversee the simultaneous

execution of multiple technology integration projects, ensuring each project is delivered on time and meets established goals and quality standards.

• Develop Project Plans and Timelines: Create comprehensive project plans

outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Regularly monitor and adjust plans to ensure project success.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams

including C-Suite team, corporate allocations, operations, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and resource needs. Proactively address issues and dependencies to maintain project momentum.

• Advanced Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge of

equipment, configurations, and troubleshooting processes. Coordinate implementation of training and support plans for internal teams and external clients to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Manage Contractual Agreements: Handle various existing and new contracts,

ensuring adherence to terms and successful project delivery. Collaborate with

• C-Suite team to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with

project objectives and client expectations.

• Monitor Contract Performance: Continuously monitor contract performance and

deliverables, identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and make recommendations for optimizing contract outcomes.

• Lead Full Project Lifecycle: Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle,

from project initiation through to completion. Ensure meticulous planning, efficient execution, and timely delivery of project milestones.

• Scope Definition and Resource Allocation: Define project scope, objectives,

and requirements in consultation with stakeholders. Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and priorities to achieve project goals.

• Risk Assessment and Stakeholder Communication: Identify and assess project

risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Maintain proactive and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
• Must reside in one of the following states: PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, VA
• Experience in Human Services
• Strong project management skills and experience overseeing complex projects.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.
• Advanced technical knowledge in equipment configurations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
