Project Manager - Quality Systems Integration

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Quality Team in integrating two Quality Management Systems (QMS) and coordinating a comprehensive gap analysis across around 50 processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a complex environment, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and successful project delivery. YOU WILL Lead and manage the integration of two Quality Management Systems (QMS). Coordinate and oversee a gap analysis covering approximately 50 processes. Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Develop and maintain structured project documentation, plans, and reports. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution. Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the Quality, Operations, or Product Management domain. Strong agility and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently.
