As a Project Manager for Synergy, you will oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of integration projects across multiple locations, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and track project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role demands strategic thinking, strong technical project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will identify opportunities to optimize project processes, mitigate risks, and improve speed to market. This position offers a high level of autonomy, remote work flexibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact on complex, global projects.
Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams independently and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of project life cycle execution, product maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, preferably Workfront.
