Project Office Manager - Radiology IT

Develop, implement, and maintain project methodologies, templates, and documentation standards aligned with healthcare best practices and internal policies. Ensure project activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and organizational governance requirements. Coordinate cross-functional project teams to maintain alignment with timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables. Manage and maintain detailed project schedules, forecasts, risk logs, and resource allocation plans. Create, update, and maintain business process documentation and project-related materials. Prepare executive-level reports, performance dashboards, and concise project summaries for senior leadership. Support regional Customer Success leaders with resource planning, workload balancing, and capacity analysis. Act as a primary liaison between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring consistent communication and alignment. Assist in developing project budgets and support ongoing financial tracking, forecasting, and cost variance analysis. Oversee administrative operations and coordination tasks for regional project and implementation teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or project coordination roles. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, etc.). Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, or Adobe Workfront. Solid Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project. Experience supporting multiple complex projects, ideally involving technology or clinical system implementations. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with experience preparing high-quality reports, plans, and dashboards. CAPM or PMP certification is considered a plus. Familiarity with healthcare workflows, clinical systems, or regulated environments is highly preferable.
