You’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of a product built on real-time human interaction. You’ll test both web and mobile experiences, develop QA documentation, and proactively identify and report bugs and usability issues to our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with minimal supervision, learns complex product flows quickly, and takes full ownership of QA deliverables in a fast-moving product environment. Who You Are A self-starter with strong product intuition and the ability to learn new systems quickly A natural power user who enjoys building and testing software products An autonomous, proactive problem solver who identifies issues before they’re assigned A clear and confident communicator in English, comfortable collaborating with global teams Organized, adaptable, and able to bring structure and clarity to evolving environments Exceptionally detail-oriented, always focused on product quality and continuous improvement What You’ll Do Product Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct manual QA for web and mobile apps (React Native for mobile, React for web, TypeScript backend) Execute testing flows for new features and updates, with special attention to real-time voice call experiences Identify, document, and track bugs with product and engineering teams Verify fixes through regression testing Maintain and refine QA test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure consistency and accuracy Proactively design and update QA checklists and process documentation Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with engineers and the product designer to clarify behaviors, report issues, and suggest improvements Communicate testing results and insights clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Recommend enhancements to strengthen product experience from a QA perspective Process & Documentation Create structured QA documentation (test cases, reports, checklists) Contribute to scaling QA processes as the company expands product and engineering operations Monitor and ensure consistency in user experience for real-time voice interactions 3+ years of experience in software QA, product management or software testing experience Proven ability to work autonomously and manage QA workflows with minimal oversight. Strong understanding of web and mobile applications, particularly React Native and TypeScript React environments. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level or higher). Experience creating QA documentation (checklists, bug reports, regression logs). Experience testing across multiple devices (desktop, iOS, Android). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup with evolving processes. Bachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)
