We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy for one of our products or assets. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, ensuring high-quality deliverables through a mix of manual and automated testing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces a quality-first culture, and enjoys shaping QA practices from the ground up. Develop, implement, and own the full QA strategy for an assigned asset or product. Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test data covering functional and non-functional scenarios. Perform manual testing of user workflows, edge cases, and UI behavior across both web and API layers. Build, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for API, integration, and regression testing using modern testing frameworks. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high code quality, early defect detection, and smooth continuous delivery. Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines and enforce quality gates ahead of each release. Track, report, and prioritize defects using industry-standard tools, driving continuous improvement in QA processes. Advocate for a quality-first mindset and mentor team members on testing best practices and root cause analysis. Key Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs. Strong understanding of test design techniques, SDLC/STLC, and defect management. Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and Pytest. Ability to independently define and execute a QA roadmap for products or microservice ecosystems. Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and test reporting tools. Excellent analytical thinking, debugging expertise, and strong documentation skills.
