QA Engineer (web/mobile)

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time QA Engineer (web/mobile) - Remote (or Hybrid if the candidate is located in Cyprus). As a QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the IT department ensuring correct operation of our products. Responsibilities:

Reviewing requirements and specifications, technical design documentation, creating detailed test plans, executing tests, documenting test results Conduct tests as appropriate (integration testing, functional testing, behavioral/acceptance testing) Testing new functionality manually for front end web applications Working closely with developers and analyst team to identify and resolve defects and to ensure product meets the required quality standards Gather and document the outcome of test executions and information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, tests and coverage Maintaining test documentation Identifying and reporting defects and tracking and verifying defect fixes

Candidate Profile:

At least 4-5 years of work experience as a Software QA Engineer University degree in computer science or a similar technical field Strong knowledge of the principles of functional, regression, manual, integration testing Understanding of REST API, HTTP, JSON, WebSocket Skilled in using Jira, BrowserStack, TestRail, DevTools Experience working in Agile Strong communication skills Good level of spoken and written English Nice to have Understanding of trading platforms and CRM systems Financial products familiarity: such as CFD, stocks, cryptocurrencies
