QA Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the QA team Manage release processes

• Oversee the development of the technical side of QA processes, including maintenance of the testing environment.

Automate and optimize testing and monitoring processes and tools:

Develop test plans, test cases, and maintain test documentation Develop and maintain automated tests Conduct functional, regression, integration, and load testing Analyze incidents and work on preventing them in the future Collaborate with other teams (development, product team)

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience working as a QA Engineer (at least 2 years in QA automation) Knowledge and understanding of best practices in automation testing Proficient in Python, PyTest, SQL Experience in supporting and developing CI/CD pipelines Understanding of client-server architecture, web services, and REST API Proficient user of Linux Eagerness to delve into complex business logic and strive to ensure product quality Experience with LLM (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)

• Champion the integration of LLMs and AI-driven approaches into all facets of the QA lifecycle, from test case generation to bug analysis.
