    • Design, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive test plans within test management tools, ensuring they accurately reflect the latest product updates.
    • Set up and maintain test environments and tools to ensure reliable and realistic testing.
    • Oversee and ensure the overall quality, functionality, and consistency of the game throughout its entire lifecycle.
    • Execute and monitor test cases to evaluate functionality, performance, and overall gameplay experience.
    • Manage the defect lifecycle by tracking, verifying, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Communicate clear and timely updates on test results, product quality, and risks, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance the overall gameplay experience.
    • Document lessons learned and share best practices to improve QA processes, team efficiency, and product quality.

The QA Tester’s required knowledge and experience should include:

    • The ability to collaborate effectively within international and multicultural teams, valuing diverse perspectives and actively sharing knowledge.
    • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, coordination, and reporting.
    • Ideally, 6 months of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related areas experience in game testing is a plus.
    • Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Game Development, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technology disciplines.
    • A solid understanding of the game development lifecycle, from prototype to live operations, and how QA contributes throughout each phase.
    • Foundational knowledge of software testing, including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, as well as basic acceptance criteria.
    • Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools (such as JIRA) and familiarity with standard workflows for logging, prioritizing, and verifying defects.
    • Familiarity with test management platforms (e.g., TestRail) to design, execute, and track test cases, ensuring traceability between requirements, tests, and issues.
    • Strong attention to detail and clear documentation skills, including the ability to write precise reproduction steps, expected results, and attach supporting evidence.
    • Other desirable knowledges
