The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with a highly effective but underutilized clinical intervention - millions of Americans are physically dependent on Opioids but only 10% of those likely to have OUD actually access treatment. Bicycle Health addresses this gap by maximizing accessibility, affordability, and overall quality of care by enabling highly qualified clinicians to reach patients broadly and efficiently through our online platform. The Recovery Coach plays a vital role in supporting patients with opioid use disorder by providing peer-based recovery support as part of the Bicycle Health care team. The Recovery Coach meets with clients on a regular basis, documents the visit, provides peer support and reviews recovery goals. This role is crucial in delivering holistic care services by providing support across multiple systems and frameworks of care. This position focuses on engagement, motivation, and advocacy, helping patients navigate their recovery journey. Location: Remote

Personal experience with substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery, either through direct involvement in one's own recovery journey or through close personal or professional relationships with individuals navigating SUD care. The key focus is the ability to relate to and empathetically discuss the unique challenges faced by individuals engaged in SUD treatment.
