As the Recruiting Coordinator, you keep the process moving and ensure candidates have a smooth, seamless experience from start to finish.
What you will do Run point on interview scheduling from intro calls to onsites Keep the pipeline organized so everyone knows where candidates stand Update notes, statuses, and tasks in our ATS and spreadsheets Pull together weekly metrics and hiring updates Help with references, offer steps, and final details Look for ways to make the whole process smoother and faster Stay plugged into what is happening across tech and startups
What we look for At least 2 years in a recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or operations role Someone who enjoys structure, tracking, and staying organized Calm under pressure, fast when needed, and accurate with details Great communications with candidates, direct with founders, and reliable with follow-through
