Regional Talent Acquisition Lead (Indonesia, Remote)

We're expanding our talent footprint and looking for an Indonesia Lead, Talent Acquisition to drive our hiring efforts in Indonesia - supporting our Malaysia HQ remotely. In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our Indonesia -based and remote roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and more. You’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier, mission-aligned talent who will help us build the future of financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, with a strong focus on tech, product, and high-growth teams. Act as a talent quality gatekeeper - screening CVs, portfolios, and assessing signals beyond the resume to identify top potential. Proactively source exceptional candidates via platforms, communities, networks, and creative strategies. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, define role requirements, and co-design effective hiring processes. Conduct meaningful interviews that uncover true potential and values alignment. Deliver structured feedback to both candidates and internal teams, enabling data-informed decisions. Ensure an excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates. Manage and improve the hiring funnel using ATS and recruitment metrics. Keep a pulse on talent trends in Indonesia, and bring insights to shape hiring strategies. You’ll Excel in This Role If You… Have an eye for exceptional talent and can spot high-performers beyond their resumes. Are organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple roles and hiring timelines. Communicate clearly and confidently with both internal stakeholders and candidates. Love to build and optimize - whether that’s processes, pipelines, or playbooks. Take full ownership from first outreach to offer stage. Move fast, but thoughtfully, always balancing quality and urgency. Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, startup, or growth environments. Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels. Deep familiarity with modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working remotely and independently, aligning across borders and time zones. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Nice to Have Experience hiring in AI, product, or software engineering functions. Knowledge of Indonesia's talent landscape, job boards, and professional communities. Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing. Familiarity with regional hiring across Southeast Asia.
