This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-impact performance assessments for utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects. You will specialize in solar PV and battery energy storage modeling while gaining exposure to a range of renewable technologies including wind, geothermal, and combined-cycle gas projects. The position involves analyzing operational and climatic data, performing energy yield predictions, and mentoring a team of performance engineers. You will work closely with clients, developers, and financiers to provide technical due diligence and consulting services that support decision-making and project optimization. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic, remote work environment.
7+ years of experience in renewable energy, including utility-scale solar project design, consulting, or due diligence.
Proficiency with PVsyst, Excel-based data processing, and data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of renewable energy project execution, finance, and operational performance evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reports, proposals, and client interaction. Solid leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
