Purpose We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented SaaS Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our various software tools are fully utilized to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting a variety of SaaS products, including ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, and Zapier. Responsibilities SaaS Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our SaaS platforms (Active Campaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, Zapier) to ensure seamless integration and usage across the company. System Optimization: Monitor and analyze the usage of these tools, identify areas for improvement to optimize workflows, and increase efficiency. User Support: Provide technical support and training for team members on how to best use these software platforms. Data Management: Ensure data is organized, accessible, and secure across all platforms. Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting tasks. Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to problem solver for any technical issues related to our SaaS tools, working with vendor support as needed. Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate processes within and between these platforms to streamline business operations. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Website Development: Build and maintain user-friendly websites using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring they align with our brand and business objectives. CRM Management: Oversee and optimize CRM systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support sales and marketing efforts A graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field At least 2 years of experience in a similar role Proven experience managing and optimizing SaaS platforms (e.g., Active Campaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, Zapier). Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in data management, integration, and process automation. Strong communication skills for training and supporting team members.
