
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing audio-visual integration and design team. This role blends technical expertise with relationship-driven sales - perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting with people, and bringing smart AV solutions to life.
You’ll work with clients to understand their needs, design tailored AV systems, and guide them through the process from concept to completion. While this isn’t a high-pressure sales position, you’ll actively develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach, all while building lasting relationships across the region.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating closely with our engineering and leadership teams.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building Serve as the main technical contact for assigned clients Build trusted relationships with IT directors, facility managers, and decision-makers Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess project needs Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and identify opportunities for future projects Business Development Generate new business through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking Follow up on inbound leads and qualify new opportunities Represent Aspen at industry events and local functions Collaborate with leadership on proposals, presentations, and closing activities Technical Consultation & Project Support Conduct site surveys and design AV solutions of varying complexity Develop quotes, proposals, and technical documentation Present AV solutions and lead product demonstrations Support clients and internal teams throughout the sales and installation process Account Management Manage smaller projects from proposal through completion Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
