We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B Events team at Blys. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. A key focus of this role will be managing inbound leads and driving them through the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry to successful conversion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and genuinely passionate about wellness and self-care. Experience working in the Australian market will be considered a strong advantage. Please note that this is a Full-time role. Responsibilities Process and manage bookings and inquiries efficiently and professionally within target handling times. Make phone calls and respond to emails to follow up on leads and enquiries. Serve as the primary point of contact for managing B2B Events department provider accounts Research outbound leads and engage with them for prospecting purposes. Handle inbound leads as needed or in the absence of the team lead. Provide clients with information to address inquiries and resolve issues. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to existing and new clients. Prepare quotes and invoices as needed to facilitate sales processes. Review and monitor providers' compliance documentation and liaise with the client and provider for service agreements. Update the company's knowledge base and Help Centre as required. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities. Work on other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in sales and/or account management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). High standard of professionalism and integrity. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Highly organised with strong time management skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM software are a plus.
