Who We’re Looking For — Tech Sales Manager We are searching for a results-driven Tech Sales Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term relationships with startups and enterprises in the US market. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling engineering services, AI-powered product development, and team augmentation solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in IT sales, understands technical concepts, and knows how to convert conversations into deals. Responsibilities
3+ years of proven experience in Tech Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably in software development, outsourcing, or staff augmentation). Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and key technical terminology — ability to speak both business and tech. Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing deals in global markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication; knowledge of Arabic is a significant plus. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently meet targets. Familiarity with modern CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
