About the role As Sales Manager Germany, you will be responsible for maximizing order intake, sales and customer satisfaction while developing and optimizing customer relationships across your territory. You will contribute to local marketing strategies and ensure accurate, complete data in Salesforce to support analysis of win & loss deals, customer expectations, satisfaction, market developments, competition and trends. You will ensure that quotations are validated by the business and delivered on time. You will ensure that customer feedback is relayed within the organization. You will be an active participant during trade shows, as well as during on-site presentations and demonstrations. You will prepare and execute annual account plans aligned with the regional strategy and stay informed about developments in the German healthcare market to support Medis’ growth across all relevant product categories. Within the limits of the sales plan and policy, you will negotiate contracts and pricing, and you will act as the key person managing relationships at all levels of the customer organization, including executive stakeholders. 3–5 years of experience in Medical Device or Healthcare IT sales/account management. Experience in hospitals, clinics, radiology, cardiology, or imaging centres. MR and/or CT exposure or understanding is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a (bio)medical imaging or an IT-related discipline. Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards and successful strategies for hospitals. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and native-level German. Professional and confident in speaking to small and medium-sized groups. Ability to work both in a team and independently. Willing to travel frequently across Germany. An attractive compensation package, both fixed and variable.
