About the Role As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a friendly and informed introduction to our firm. You’ll support them from their initial inquiry all the way to a formal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your professionalism, empathy, and clear communication will help establish a positive and lasting attorney-client relationship. Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys. Apply today! Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification. We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
