
OUR CLIENT On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative based in Germany where you will be joining an international automotive lubricants company. With their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for new team members who are up to the challenge of making our client a global leader of automotive lubricants, all while making an impact in the industry and communities in which they work. THE ROLE Sell and stimulate demand for a series of products with existing and new customers in a given geographic area, in order to achieve volume and objectives in line with defined policies. Organize Your own work routine with the guidance provided by the sales supervisor. KEY RESPONSBILITIES Plan daily activity, including customer visits and quantitative/qualitative objectives to achieve Create a time efficient plan and discuss it with superior. Use lists, publications and given information to increase market share in the territory Identify and analyse customer needs and develop commercial arguments Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advise customers on the presentation of the products and promotional materials, and participate in trade events Follow market and competition evolution and transmit information to superior Establish periodical visit reports for superior Participate in sales meetings to obtain information on sales objectives, promotional actions, new products, field problems, etc.
At least 3/6 years of experience in selling lubricants products German and English language knowledge is a must have Strong commercial attitude
