What You’ll Do Connect with business owners & HR managers (B2B) Conduct needs analysis, collect census data & present tailored quotes (we handle the quoting!) Manage your pipeline with our CRM + auto dialer – no manual dialing Close new group accounts & build lifelong residual income Step into Sales Manager / DRLP roles and lead territories or teams as you grow Compensation & Career Growth 30% commission on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets) Bonuses up to $10,000/month based on performance

Earning Potential (OTE):

Ramp (3–6 months): $6K–$10K/month Year 1: $70K–$120K Year 2–3: $200K–$300K (including renewals & residuals)
