Background 4+ years of experience in hands-on system integration or similar roles. Previous exposure to the fintech or wealth management industry is a must. Academic background in engineering, computer science or similar field.
Skills Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce or equivalent tools At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Flows, metadata and data model). Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and metadata management (objects, fields, relationships). Full working proficiency with SQL, familiarity with Python. Experience with data engineering tools such as DBT and Airflow, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Data Warehouses (Big Query, Redshift, …) is a plus. Interest and passion for AI and related tooling (Agentforce, N8N, Claude) is a strong plus. Full English proficiency: this role will work with IT and UK teams.
