This role is ideal for a strategic and technically adept professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Health Cloud. The position requires collaboration across IT, Data, Security, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation. You will oversee complex integrations, guide development and administration teams, and ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership, allowing you to influence strategy, mentor teams, and implement AI-driven solutions. This is a remote-forward position with flexibility to operate across EST to PST time zones, providing significant impact on business outcomes and patient-focused initiatives. Accountabilities · Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on Health Cloud. · Ensure Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals, compliance standards, and operational priorities. · Oversee configuration, development, testing, deployment, and integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems. · Guide administrators and developers on best practices for customization, integration, and performance optimization. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions. · Champion governance, documentation, change management, and release processes. · Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience. · Mentor and develop team members to strengthen organizational Salesforce capabilities and maturity. · 5+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience, including 3+ years with Health Cloud (required). · Healthcare industry experience is required. · Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform Developer certifications required; preferred: Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Application Architect, Integration Architect Designer, Platform App Builder. · Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, data governance, and HIPAA compliance. · Proven experience designing and integrating Salesforce with multiple enterprise systems and data platforms. · Demonstrated ability to implement automation and AI-driven workflows (Einstein, Flow Orchestration, or similar). · Excellent communication, documentation, collaboration, and time management skills. · Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Git, Copado) is a plus. · Ability to work remotely with minimal travel and flexibility to support EST to PST time zones. · Competitive annual salary: $150,000 - $170,000. · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. · Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage. · 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. · Paid time off, holidays, and bereavement leave. · Employee Assistance Program and wellness support. · Remote work flexibility and home office benefits. · Opportunities for career growth and professional development. · Performance-based bonus opportunities. · Employee Ownership Program and other unique perks.
