SAP EAM Functional Consultant (S/4HANA) – Global Projects (Remote in Spain)

We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Plant Maintenance and global project delivery. If you are passionate about technology, process optimization, and consulting, this role is for you.

Responsibilities Lead and facilitate client workshops, including preparation, documentation, and requirements gathering. Design and optimize Plant Maintenance processes: maintenance requests, work order planning & execution, preventive maintenance, calibration, refurbishment. Align business process flows and coordinate between global and local teams. Support implementation, transition, and post go-live activities. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP development teams. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Demos, PI Planning). Demonstrate SAP processes to stakeholders and deliver effective presentations.

Requirements 8+ years of experience in SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) and S/4HANA projects. Strong knowledge of integration with WM, MM, FI, Procurement modules. Experience in data migration, harmonization, and governance (SAP MDG). Familiarity with SAP Cloud tools (APM, Asset Manager). Experience with EHS processes and engineering-to-maintenance handover. Agile methodology knowledge (SAFe certification preferred). Proven track record in global delivery and coordination with offshore teams. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to lead workshops. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
