Seasonal Data Specialist

Responsibilities As our Data Specialist, you play an essential role in processing the information families provide while contributing to our mission of making private education accessible for all. Perform accurate data entry based on the information provided by families and in accordance with our protocols and standards. Request additional information and documents from families when necessary to ensure complete data entry. Ensure that the data entered aligns with the highest standards of data accuracy. Complete 60+ data entries daily during peak season. Collaborate with the Director of Support and fellow Data Specialists to contribute to team efforts and process improvements.

Traits of an Ideal Candidate Applicants MUST reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, HI, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI Proficient in data entry, analysis, and interpretation. Committed to upholding data security standards. Proficient in handling numerical data and capable of performing basic math & arithmetic as needed for the role. Comfortable working flexible hours, including evening/night and weekend shifts during peak support season (October through March). Genuinely enjoys and finds fulfillment in helping people solve their problems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems and software quickly. Self-motivated and loves to learn new things. Excellent written communication skills. Detail-oriented and dedicated to high levels of accuracy in data processes. Excited about being part of a rapidly growing company and motivated to seek growth opportunities. Resides in the United States
