General Summary
The role of the Trident University International (Trident) Senior Account Manager is to act as a liaison between the university and prospective/current student population(s) and to facilitate processes to further assist students in achieving their academic goals.
Senior Account Manager serves as the point of contact for Education Service Offices, Trident Students and Alumni, as well as other key constituents within designated regions (multiple states). The Senior Account Manager will be the face of Trident across the United States and will provide professional, supportive, and dependable service to education offices and prospective/current students as well as anytime, anywhere, educational opportunities to service members, veterans, their families, as well as DOD, Federal, State, organization partners and Local Government employees. The Senior Account Manager will also provide competent, efficient, and productive services to Trident.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
fostering positive professional relationships with base education offices, key decision makers and leaders, and current and prospective students, including those within the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration, individual service branches.
of student privacy and educational records consistent with the Family
establish recurring visits/meetings on campuses/installations to ensure student populations are afforded the opportunity to discuss/address academic items/issues of interest (in person or in group(s).
