Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled AI Enablement Engineer with strong full-stack development and infrastructure expertise to join our centralized AI Platform team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our core AI services and product teams, helping them integrate, test, and scale generative AI capabilities across their applications Key Responsibilities Partner with product teams to gather requirements and define AI use cases (summarization, RAG, classification, Gen AI agents, etc.). Guide integration of AI services into products. Assist with test data preparation and validation of model outputs, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Debug and help resolve issues across infrastructure, APIs, and AI pipelines — from latency and scaling to inference consistency. Validate performance through manual and automated testing; build test cases for model evaluation and regression. Coordinate releases and communication for AI service updates and improvements. Document best practices, onboarding steps, and troubleshooting playbooks for product teams. Collaborate with platform engineers, SREs, and data scientists to enhance smooth integration.

Technical Skills Strong backend development experience using Python (FastAPI, Flask), Node.js, or similar frameworks. Understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT, IAM), and microservice communication patterns. Ability to debug across the full stack — from frontend behavior to backend logic and cloud deployments. Strong understanding of AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS/EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch). Understanding of LLM behavior, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agents and Inference APIs. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). Ability to trace and resolve issues across distributed systems. Strong documentation and communication skills for writing runbooks, setup guides, and release notes. Soft Skills Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams. Solution-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues. Comfortable context-switching between product onboarding, debugging, and release coordination.

Education:

• A Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science.
