Senior Analyst - Technology Business Management (TBM)

Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst will support IT leadership by providing financial insights and analysis to improve decision-making related to IT services’ cost, quality, and value. This role involves financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and aligning IT investments with business goals. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years in business analysis, financial planning, or IT finance Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and financial reporting tools (Hyperion, Apptio preferred) Strong understanding of IT budgeting, cost structures, and financial modeling Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Tools & Skills ERP Systems: Oracle (preferred), SAP Financial Tools: Hyperion, Apptio Reporting & Visualization: Power BI, Excel (advanced) Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development Performance Bonus
