Senior Business Analyst - Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Project Manager to act as a key partner to the PMO team, supporting the planning and execution of complex healthcare projects, including public sector implementations. This role requires a balance of business analysis and project coordination skills, ensuring accurate requirements gathering, clear documentation, and successful delivery of Evorad® solutions and other healthcare initiatives within strict timelines and compliance frameworks. The role reports directly to the Head of PMO. Responsibilities Ensure that all business analysis and delivery tasks are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with company workflows. Coordinate operational activities, including the preparation and timely submission of project deliverables, periodic progress reports, and official correspondence, while organizing internal teams and subcontractors to meet contractual and compliance requirements. Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Develop detailed project and analysis plans to track progress, maintain internal records, and prioritize backlog items. Manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors involved in system integrations or deployments. Oversee business analysis activities with clients, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and software capabilities. Support UAT, configuration, and deployment activities, acting as the bridge between functional needs and technical implementation. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus) 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles, with proven involvement in public sector projects, preferably in healthcare IT or enterprise software Prior experience with healthcare projects, clinical software, or medical imaging systems (RIS/PACS) is highly desirable Experience in managing deliverables, progress reports, and compliance requirements in public sector projects Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills Solid understanding of both functional workflows and technical solutions Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate internal teams and subcontractors Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools PMP/PMI/PRINCE2/CBAP certification is a plus Competitive salary package Private health insurance plan for you and your family Career development and growth opportunities Continuous training via personalized seminars Flexible hybrid working model (office & remote) Collaborative, stable, and enjoyable working environment
