Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity Supporting other Business Development Representatives through specific tasks, including helping to build demand generation content on a monthly basis Additional strategic responsibilities to support the overall expansion of their key market, in collaboration with the AE assigned to the territory
2+ years of B2B Sales experience A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques Confidence in picking up the phone and smoothly conversing with prospects Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality A track record of overachieving against defined metrics A data-oriented approach with an aptitude for large data sets and numbers A desire to win, doesn’t believe in settling, and finds motivation in temporary setbacks Bonus Points for experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platform and/or familiarity with Property Management Systems and/or the vacation rental market
