Stakeholder Communication: Lead schedule review meetings with project leadership, clients, and subcontractors to communicate key milestones, progress, and variance drivers. Change & Risk Management: Evaluate the schedule impact of design changes, procurement issues, or field delays, ensuring timely updates and documentation. Field Coordination: Partner with field teams to validate progress and ensure short-term look-ahead schedules align with the master plan. Vendor/Subcontractor Interface: Gather schedule input and progress data from subcontractors and vendors to maintain baseline compliance and accountability.
