
You will own high‑impact integration projects within a fast‑growing Series A tech company with offices in Rio de Janeiro and Caxias do Sul, Brazil. You’ll lead the technical execution of complex customer integrations for their demo & POC automation platform, working directly with the Customer Engineering Lead and other integration leads. Success means delivering robust, scalable solutions that satisfy both customer requirements and the platform’s architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of customer integration solutions. Partner with other integration leads to define end‑to‑end integration strategies. Reverse engineer and navigate complex third‑party API endpoints; build wrappers and adaptors as needed. Configure customer environments using provided APIs and build flexible integration layers that work across varied software platforms. Monitor, collect and analyze integration performance metrics and user behaviour to inform improvements. Hands‑on coding: contribute directly to the codebase and lead by example. Mentor junior engineers in integration best practices and code quality. Collaborate with Solutions Architects and cross‑team stakeholders (daily standups, grooming sessions) to continuously improve tooling and processes. Promote team knowledge sharing and contribute to internal integration patterns, documentation and reusable components. Requirements 5‑8 years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python and backend development languages. Deep expertise in backend systems and database design/optimisation (e.g., DynamoDB). Proven experience working with AWS services (microservices, architecture, scalable systems). High competence in API integration and system reverse engineering for third‑party endpoints. Senior‑level capability in designing extensible, maintainable systems with microservices architecture. English fluency: C1 or C2 level. Aligned to U.S. business hours (or overlapping time zones) to coordinate with U.S.-based teams. Hybrid work from Rio de Janeiro or Caxias do Sul Brazil Preferred Qualifications Experience with JavaScript or Django. Familiarity with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. Advanced AWS knowledge (Lambda, ECS, EC2) or multicloud integrations.
