Your future tasks will include Developing and implementing machine learning models to refine lead scoring, identify customer segments, maximize conversions, optimize advertising bids, and prevent churn. Utilizing geospatial and socioeconomic data to build predictive models that identify high-value audiences, leaving the competition in our dust. Designing and implementing pricing & distribution optimization algorithms that maximize lead conversion rates and minimize customer acquisition costs, ensuring we're always in the black. Collaborating seamlessly with marketing, sales, and product teams, translating data-driven insights into actionable campaigns. Presenting data findings with clarity, conciseness, and a dash of statistical humor, leaving stakeholders nodding in agreement. You’re going to need this to be successful in this role Master's Degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or a Related Field. 5+ years of experience in a data science role. Expertise in SQL, Python, and Machine Learning frameworks (especially supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms). Proven experience deploying machine learning models to production environments using tools and frameworks like ML Flow & AWS Sagemaker, ensuring our models are always ready for prime time. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Impeccable communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable business strategies that drive revenue growth without losing the audience in a sea of jargon. A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, ensuring we're always scoring the highest in teamwork.
