Senior Data Scientist (Remote - NAmer)

In this role, you will drive strategic insights and innovation by analyzing complex financial, transactional, and operational datasets. You will be responsible for developing predictive models, agentic AI applications, and end-to-end data science solutions that inform key business decisions. Operating in a fast-paced, remote environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to translate data into actionable solutions. Accountabilities:

• Lead advanced predictive and descriptive analyses across finance, marketing, and product metrics.
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI applications and data-intensive solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from research and prototyping to production deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of data science capabilities, championing best practices in statistical modeling, MLOps, and AI.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, preferably in financial services, trading, or brokerage environments.
• Expert proficiency in Python (including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn) and advanced SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods for supervised and unsupervised learning, with experience deploying models in production.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and modern ETL processes.
• Strong full-stack data science mindset, capable of managing research, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, remote team.
• Preferred: Experience with agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and semantic layers (e.g., dbt Semantic Layer, Cube.js, LookML).
