The Role The Senior Dealer - Market Risk exists to ensure Pepperstone’s exposure is monitored and controlled effectively and efficiently. Leveraging a solid understanding and knowledge of financial markets and the CFD industry, the Senior Dealer - Market Risk exercises discretion within agreed boundaries, ensuring Pepperstone remains agile and responsive in the face of rapidly changing market conditions. In addition to monitoring and controlling financial exposure within the European timezone, the Senior Dealer - Market Risk collaborates closely with the wider global teams, aligning regional efforts with global strategies and contributing to the overall success of Pepperstone’s market risk management initiatives.
Work collaboratively with others across multiple channels and teams to foster a collaborative culture and help mentor and support team members. Support internal Enterprise Risk & Compliance teams as appropriate. Ensure compliance with key regulatory obligations.
