This role provides an opportunity to own and deliver end-to-end software solutions that combine user-friendly front-end experiences with robust back-end systems. As a Senior Fullstack Product Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and scaling of critical product areas while collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance technical requirements and business goals. You will mentor junior engineers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery. The position emphasizes creating scalable systems, supporting AI-enabled product initiatives, and actively contributing to the growth and technical excellence of the team. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, and strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

    Accountabilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack software systems.
    • Deliver impactful product enhancements and own key areas of the product lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
    • Mentor junior engineers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
    • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability and address production issues.
    • Drive tradeoffs, technical decisions, and problem-solving initiatives to optimize solutions.
    • Ensure software systems are scalable, maintainable, and meet high standards of quality.

    8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

    • BS degree or higher in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Strong expertise in front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML/CSS.

    Strong expertise in back-end development: Node.js, Python, or equivalent. Experience designing, developing, and scaling web applications. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Proven ability to mentor and guide engineers in best practices. Experience with architectural design, problem-solving, and making tradeoff decisions. Comfortable participating in on-call rotations and supporting production systems. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

    Competitive salary range depending on location:

    US Zone 2: $195,800 – $265,000 USD US Zone 3: $174,100 – $235,500 USD
