As a trusted senior advisor within our People & Talent team, you will play a key role in this transformation—guiding senior leadership, driving strategic People & Talent initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Your expertise in People & Talent strategy, talent management, leadership development, and organizational change will directly contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable future. In this role, you will provide high-level strategic guidance, shape global policies, and influence decision-making at the leadership level Working with us is never routine so the first year you can expect the following areas to be central to your work. Guiding and Supporting Leaders: Collaborate with Division Leaders across Mission-driven Project (PRO), Sustainability Advisory (SER), Data and Technology (DAT), Operations Support (OPS), Regional Engagement and Communication (REC) to develop and implement people strategies that align with our sustainability objectives. Empowering Leaders: Provide leaders with the skills and tools necessary to build high-performing teams and cultivate a positive work culture. Enhancing Employee Engagement: Identify areas for improvement and design initiatives to boost employee engagement, retain talent, and increase overall effectiveness. Collaborative Recruitment: Work with Hiring Leaders and Talent Acquisition to define roles, support recruitment efforts, and ensure effective workforce planning. Leading People-Focused Projects: Drive projects centered on performance management, employee experience, and organizational change initiatives. Your first year with us
