Responsibilities Design and iterate fun, satisfying levels for a progression-based slicing game Own level pacing, difficulty balance, and progression Playtest and analyze player behavior to improve level flow Work with the product team to prototype new mechanics and ideas Ensure every level fits the game’s tone, pacing, and quality bar Requirements Prior experience designing levels for mobile F2P games Understanding of gameplay balancing, onboarding, and player retention Comfort using in-house tools or level editors High attention to detail and ability to iterate based on feedback Clear communicator and team collaborator Above-market, tax-free USD salaries with performance-based incentives.
