As a Senior Odoo Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Odoo modules, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering Odoo projects and a passion for helping businesses optimize their operations through technology. This position operates on a hybrid work model, requiring presence in our Cipete, South Jakarta office, while also offering flexibility to work remotely on certain days. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 WIB. The contract type is PKWTT (Permanent Employment Agreement) with a 3-month probation period. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions for clients. Gather and analyze client business requirements to design effective Odoo solutions. Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific client needs. Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules and extensions. Provide training and support to clients on Odoo functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo implementations. Collaborate with other consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and updates. Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role. Deep understanding of Odoo modules and their functionalities (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing). Strong technical skills in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. Experience in developing and maintaining custom Odoo modules. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Odoo certification is a plus.
