Senior Product Analyst - Rewarding Systems (all genders)

JustPlay is looking for a Product Analyst to join our Rewarding Systems domain: the team responsible for ensuring that our coins, earnings, and rewards systems create sustainable long-term player excitement. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and Data teams to design, evaluate, and evolve a reward engine that feels fair, engaging, and continuously motivating. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, mathematical modeling, and deep curiosity about player behavior, value systems, and long-term sustainability. You’ll bring clarity and data-driven decision-making to one of the most important components of our product experience: how players earn, feel rewarded, and stay excited over months and years. Tasks Plan, define, conduct and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation on reward mechanics (earning rates, conversion points, reward schedules). Deep dive into user behaviour data to unearth usage patterns to understand motivation and reward-related churn.
