About the role. As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a new Senior Product Manager to join us, who will lead our web-focused squad, with a strong focus on SEO. The role will involve managing the squad, prioritising the roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive technical excellence in SEO. The ideal candidate will have a background in Product Management and be an SEO expert, with experience working on consumer-focused websites. Responsibilities include - Managing the web-focused squad, including studentbeans.com and beansid.com Developing and prioritising the product roadmap, with a focus on SEO Collaborate with stakeholders, including our internal SEO team Lead discovery and product development, with a strong level of generalist Product Management expertise Manage external stakeholders and prioritise the squad's workload A little bit about you. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have - Experience as a Senior Product Manager, working in-depth on all aspects and stages of product development and discovery Strong understanding of technical excellence in SEO Experience working on consumer-focused websites Ability to manage a squad and prioritise the roadmap in line with wider business OKR’s Strong collaboration and communication skills, whilst also being able to manage very different types of stakeholders with varying priorities Experience working in a similar industry (e.g. SaaS, MarTech) Experience with team leadership and management Life at Pion.
