How you will make an impact: Develop, implement and measure the impact of country-specific marketing campaigns aligned with regional messaging & data Ensure a multichannel approach including field team activation, events, KOL engagement, media, and digital communication Deliver field training, presentations, and support campaign monitoring to ensure team readiness Accompany field teams to customer meetings to ensure effective message delivery Analyze campaign performance using leading and lagging indicators Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor impact and optimize future initiatives Lead logistics and organization of internal and external meetings Support ad hoc analysis and requests from the broader marketing team What you will need: Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Biomedical Engineering or related field Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales enablement, or customer engagement within in Medical Devices / Healthcare industry Knowledge of Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease would also be an advantage, although not essential What else we look for: Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in managing product launches and marketing campaigns Excellent written and communication skills in German and English Ability to drive achievement of objectives Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across functions Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills Innovative mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo Willingness to travel extensively across Germany Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies Commitment to Edwards’ policies, including Environmental Health & Safety standards What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in Germany?
