This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape developer-focused programs that drive adoption, engagement, and value creation. You will manage high-impact initiatives, including DocSearch and Startup programs, collaborating closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams. Your work will focus on designing and executing strategic programs, defining OKRs, and ensuring developers gain maximum value from platform offerings. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on program execution, working with cross-functional teams to improve existing programs and launch new initiatives. You will track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate results to stakeholders at all levels. The position allows for meaningful impact in a fast-growing, high-velocity technical environment.
2–6 years of experience as a developer or in a technical role with a strong interest in technical program management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate business impact and technical constraints. Experience in fast-growing, high-change environments, particularly in companies with $200M–$500M ARR or similar scale.
