Solenis Light Industrial Solutions is driving a major global transformation, and we’re seeking a Senior Project & Change Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership—including the Global President of NCH Industrial—to deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you’ll do:

Lead strategic transformation projects across multiple countries Analyse complex business challenges and turn insights into actionable plans Drive scalability of service processes and implement best practices Support development of the European Key Accounts strategy Execute growth initiatives focused on geographic expansion Manage work plans, governance, and gate review processes using TMO tools Lead cross-functional teams and ensure strong change adoption and stakeholder alignment
