We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, efficient workflow management, and a basic knowledge of the art world to understand our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
• Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams.
• Implement efficient workflows and monitor timely submissions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
• Allocate and manage resources (budget, tools, personnel).
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Apply art market knowledge to align with project goals.
