You will be responsible for managing software implementations and service delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, while mentoring peers and driving process improvements. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Visio (or similar diagramming tools), and project management/workflow tools (e.g., Clarity, SAP, PPM, Jira, Salesforce). Knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and financials. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, time management, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to changing requirements. Willingness to travel 10–40% as needed.
