Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role: Senior QA Security Engineer

Autheo is building a virtual machine platform redefining decentralized computation with sub-microsecond execution, billions TPS, and mathematically proven security.

As a part-time Senior QA Security Engineer in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll design and execute penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security validations for WASM-based runtimes, ensuring ironclad protection for privacy-preserving smart contracts, DePIN compute tasks, and dApp deployments. This role is critical to certifying that our platform surpasses Ethereum’s EVM and Solana’s SVM by embedding cryptography, homomorphic encryption, and zero-knowledge proofs into security testing layers for trustworthy 0.4μs encrypted computations at 1B+ TPS. Key Responsibilities:

• Security Testing

*Architect penetration tests for cryptographic operations validating resilience at 1B+ TPS.

*Implement vulnerability scans for DAG-based interpreters ensuring secure topological executions.

*Design security models for homomorphic encryption protecting encrypted state and DePIN datasets.

• Privacy-Preserving Security

*Develop audits for zero-knowledge proof systems ensuring 1-5ms proofs resist attacks.

*Implement threat modeling for differential privacy (ε=0.5) at operational scale.

*Build secure enclave audits for 1TB deployments.

• Reliability & Observability

*Deploy security testing to Kubernetes with 99.999% uptime.

*Implement OpenTelemetry tracing for 100% transaction paths (<15min MTTR).

*Build ML-powered monitoring for vulnerability detection.

• Collaboration & Innovation

*Collaborate with cryptographers, security architects, blockchain experts, and DePIN specialists.

*Lead security reviews for scalability and compliance.

*Mentor QA teams and contribute to open-source security tools.

*Publish at WasmCon 2026 on security innovations.

Qualifications:

Required:

*Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.

*5+ years in security QA for high-throughput systems.

*Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and threat modeling.

*Proficiency in zk-proofs, distributed security testing, and compliance auditing.

Preferred:

*Background in blockchain/DePIN security or AI infrastructure.

*Experience with open-source security tools or multi-cloud setups.

*Contributions to security standards or patents in reliability engineering.

Soft Skills:

*Precision in security design and optimization.

*Strong technical communication and collaboration.
